The Administration manages the assets of the Association, keeps the legal documents and represents the Association in all emergencies, convenes the general assembly once a year, or more often if deemed opportune or requested by at least 15 members,

The Vigilance Committee watches over the moral behaviour of the members, notifies in this regard and keeps informed of the repairs necessary to the Hut, advises the Administration immediately and undertakes the necessary work.
