Art. 13 – Arbitration Committee

The Arbitration Committee is invited to the meetings

of the Administration and the Vigilance Committee. In particular they express an opinion at the time of admission of new members, with a binding decision for those without civil rights.

Any member committing unlawful or dishonourable acts is referred to the Arbitration Committee which will also settle controversies between members and between members and the Administration.

Decisions cannot be repealed.

Art. 14 – Observance of the Statute

Every member is obliged to observe the regulations contained in the present statute to which, with the exception of art. 4, considered unalterable, modifications and additions can always be made when the Administration or a fifth of the ordinary members present a proposal to this effect and the Assembly approves by majority vote.
