Art. 15 – Validity of the meetings

The meetings are valid with any number of members present; in vote taking, proposals are considered approved if accepted by at least half of those present plus one.

Art. 16 - Loss of membership

Membership is lost:

1. in the case of death;
2. by resignation;
3. by unworthiness and subsequent expulsion;
4. by forfeiture by a decision of the Vigilance Committee.

Any member who is in arrears with the payment of the annual contribution six months after the Ordinary Assembly is immediately cancelled from the list of members. 

The member who does not attend three consecutive meetings without giving written explanation of the reasons will be referred to the three organs of the association: Administration, Vigilance Committee and Arbitration Committee who will decide together concerning the matter. 

Those who cease to belong to the Association lose all rights deriving from membership.

Art. 17 - General regulations

As regards matters not covered by the present statute the regulations of articles 36 and 42 of the Civil Code are effective.
