Art. 4 – Purpose

The Association (in view of the fact that the above hut, now known as GARIBALDI’S HUT, was a shelter for the immortal hero GIUSEPPE GARIBALDI when relentlessly hunted down in 1849) has the purpose of maintaining the hut’s unalienable rights and keeping it in perfect condition so that it may be handed down to posterity as a sacred monument of affection and so that future generations may be informed.     

The Association is non profit-making.
