The Association
consists of a maximum of 52 members of the public who are the effective
members. If someone should, for reasons of death or some other cause,
cease as a member, this person will be replaced another honest liberal
person proposed by the Managing Committee depending on the needs of the
Association or the date of presentation of the application.
Preference will
be given to :
1.
the sons and
brothers of the deceased;
2. those who
bear arms for the cause of the Homeland and Liberty;
3. those
belonging to the category of extraordinary members as covered in art. 6.
Decisions
regarding admission of members is the prerogative of the General
Assembly
