In addition to the category Effective Members, the category of Extraordinary Members has been instituted. These are persons wishing to become Effective Members.

This role is represented by at least 25 members up to a maximum of 52 members who have the right to vote (active electorate), but are not eligible for association duties.

After 25 years of membership in the category of Ordinary Effective Members or Extraordinary Members the same are considered seniors. All members are considered WELL-DESERVING after reaching the age of 75 and as such make places available for the admission of new members.

The WELL-DESERVING members retain all rights as in art. 10.
