Art. 9 – Trust fund

As long as the Association lasts, members may not task for the common fund to be divided nor claim a share in the case of resignation or expulsion, likewise the heirs of a deceased member have no right to claim a share.  

Art. 10 – Society organs

The assembly elects an administration consisting of 3 members and a vigilance committee of 5 members from the members “eligible”.
The assembly will elect a committee of arbiters consisting of three members of the senior category.

The terms of office are respectively:

- 2 years for the Administration;

- 1 year for the Vigilance Committee;

- 1 year for the Arbitration Committee

who may be re-elected.

The Association is administered by the Administration who elect the Chairman from among their members.

The Administration then also elects a secretary from among the members every year.

The Chairman is the legal representative of the Association. Duties are carried out without compensation except for reimbursement of expenses.
